1. Return Window

You may return items within 60 days of receiving your order.

  • Within 14 days: Free returns for unopened and unused items.
  • 15–60 days: Returns may still be accepted, subject to inspection and a restocking fee.

After 60 days, returns are no longer accepted, but we may offer a part-exchange option (see Section 10).

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
  • The item must be returned within 60 days of receipt.

Refurbished Items:

Our refurbished phones and headsets are tested and fully functional but may have minor cosmetic imperfections. These are eligible for return under the same conditions as new items.

Items that cannot be returned unless faulty include:

  • Products used or damaged after delivery
  • Personalised or modified products
  • Headsets or phones with broken hygiene seals

3. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to returns made after 14 days or to items that have been opened. No restocking fee applies to damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied items.

4. How to Return or Exchange an Item

To return an item, please contact us via the contact information below on our website to request a return authorisation (RA) number. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method, minus the restocking fee (if applicable), within 10 business days.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for unused, unopened products within 60 days of delivery, subject to availability. Any difference in price between items will be adjusted accordingly. Where an exchange is requested after 14 days or for an opened item, a restocking fee may apply.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty phone or headset, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide you with a prepaid return label to send the item back, and we will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference.

8. Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Headsets or phones that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery

9. Shipping

Once your return is authorised, our team will confirm the correct return address.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, in which case we’ll provide a pre-paid return label.

We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service for all returns, as responsibility for the goods remains with the customer until received by us.

10. Part-Exchange Policy

We offer part-exchange for old or used phones and headsets. Contact us with item details for a valuation; any value offered can be applied toward the purchase of new or refurbished products.
