The Berkshire 400 is designed for organisations that need a durable and uncomplicated telephone for everyday calls. Its clearly labelled controls make it suitable for shared desks, hotel rooms, reception areas, offices and back-office locations.
Twelve permanent memory locations allow commonly called numbers to be stored for faster dialling. The memories do not require batteries, and a memory-disable switch can help prevent stored numbers from being changed accidentally.
A dedicated headset socket allows a compatible wired headset to be connected directly to the phone. Adjustable ringer settings, switchable recall and message-waiting modes also allow the phone to operate with a range of compatible analogue business telephone systems.
