DESIGNED FOR BUSINESS
The Jabra PRO 930 Mono MS is designed primarily for computer-based calls. Its powered base connects to a compatible PC or Mac through USB and appears as a computer audio device, allowing it to be selected as the microphone and speaker within supported softphone and meeting applications.
DECT wireless technology provides greater roaming distance than a typical Bluetooth office headset, with a maximum specified range of up to 120 metres in open conditions. Walls, office layouts, interference and building construction can reduce the practical operating range.
The lightweight mono headset allows users to hear calls through one ear while remaining aware of colleagues and nearby activity. The microphone boom can be rotated and adjusted so that it sits close to the mouth for clearer voice transmission.
Its noise-cancelling microphone is designed to focus on the user’s voice while reducing surrounding office sound. Wideband audio provides improved speech clarity on supported applications, while narrowband operation can extend available battery talk time.
Controls on the headset allow users to answer, end and reject supported calls, adjust listening volume and mute the microphone. LED indicators and audio prompts provide information about call status, battery level, pairing and mute status.
Battery performance is rated at up to eight hours of talk time in narrowband mode or up to six hours in wideband mode, with at least 36 hours of standby time. The headset recharges whenever it is correctly docked in the powered base.
The base includes battery, mute and audio-link indicators, an audible ringer and a foldable stand. Jabra SafeTone hearing protection helps reduce sudden loud sounds and excessive daily acoustic exposure.

COMPATIBILITY & SETUP
Connect the supplied USB cable between the Jabra PRO 930 base and a compatible PC or Mac, then connect the supplied power adapter. Dock the headset to charge it and confirm that it is paired with the base.
Select the Jabra PRO 930 as the speaker and microphone within the computer’s audio settings and the required softphone or communications application. Jabra Direct can be used to configure supported settings and integrations.
The MS version was designed for Microsoft Office Communicator and compatible Microsoft softphone environments. Core computer audio may also work with other calling and meeting applications, although remote answer, end, mute and other integrated controls depend on the application, operating system and available software support.
The headset communicates with its compatible Jabra PRO 930 base and cannot pair directly with Bluetooth devices, mobile phones, third-party DECT bases or ordinary desk phones.
Please note: This is an older computer-softphone model and does not connect directly to a traditional desk telephone. It requires both the powered base and a USB connection to the computer. Compatibility with current applications and operating systems should be checked where specific remote-call controls are essential.
