DESIGNED FOR BUSINESS

The Jabra Evolve2 85 Stereo is designed for professionals who need a high level of concentration without losing the flexibility of wireless working. Its over-ear design provides passive noise isolation, while digital hybrid ANC uses dedicated microphones to analyse and reduce surrounding noise.

The supplied Jabra Link USB-C Bluetooth adapter provides a stable connection to compatible computers and laptops. The headset can also pair directly with compatible Bluetooth mobile phones and tablets, while dual Bluetooth connectivity allows two supported devices to remain connected simultaneously.

The headset contains four analogue and six digital MEMS microphones. Its boom microphone system is designed for professional calls, while additional earcup microphones support ANC, HearThrough and the option to make calls with the boom arm raised.

Powerful 40mm speakers provide clear speech and full-range stereo audio for meetings, music and multimedia. The AAC codec supports high-quality wireless audio with compatible devices, while Jabra SafeTone helps protect users from sudden loud sounds and excessive daily noise exposure.

Digital hybrid ANC helps reduce background noise during focused work. HearThrough uses the built-in microphones to let nearby sound into the headset, allowing users to speak with colleagues or remain aware of their surroundings without removing it.

Music battery life is up to 37 hours with ANC switched off or up to 32 hours with ANC enabled. Talk time is up to 26 hours with ANC and the busylight switched off, or up to 21 hours when both are enabled. A full charge takes approximately two hours and 20 minutes, while a 15-minute rapid charge can provide up to eight hours of battery life.

On-ear detection can automatically pause music when the headset is removed and resume playback when it is put back on. The boom arm can also be lowered to answer a call and raised to mute the microphone where these functions are enabled.

The headset folds flat for storage and can also connect through the supplied 3.5mm audio cable. When using the analogue connection, Bluetooth and the headset microphone are disabled, although audio, ANC and HearThrough remain available.

COMPATIBILITY & SETUP

The Jabra Evolve2 85 connects wirelessly to a compatible PC, laptop or supported device using the supplied Jabra Link USB-C Bluetooth adapter. The adapter is normally supplied pre-paired with the headset for straightforward setup.

The headset can also pair directly with compatible Bluetooth mobile phones and tablets. Dual Bluetooth connectivity allows two supported devices to remain connected simultaneously.

The supplied 3.5mm audio cable can be used with compatible analogue audio devices. When connected through 3.5mm, Bluetooth and the headset microphone are disabled. Calls made through a connected smartphone will use the smartphone’s own microphone.

Jabra produced UC and Microsoft Teams-certified USB-C versions. Core computer audio should work with most leading communications platforms, although Microsoft Teams-specific controls, indicators and Open Office certification apply only to the appropriate Microsoft Teams variant.
