The refurbished Mitel 5320 IP Phone is a versatile business VoIP handset designed for everyday office communications on compatible Mitel telephone systems.
It features a large graphical display, eight self-labelling programmable keys, dedicated call controls, a full hands-free speakerphone and wired-headset support. Dual Ethernet ports allow a nearby computer and the phone to share one network connection, while compatible Power over Ethernet can simplify installation.

DESIGNED FOR BUSINESS
The Mitel 5320 is designed for general office users who need convenient access to several telephone lines, extensions and system features without requiring a larger executive handset.
Its 160 × 320-pixel graphical display shows caller details, telephone status, menus and programmable-key labels. The original Mitel 5320 has a non-backlit display, unlike the later 5320e model.
Eight self-labelling programmable keys provide one-touch access to configured lines, extensions, speed dials and telephone-system features. Navigation controls allow access to additional pages and available applications.
Dedicated controls provide quick access to frequently used functions including hold, transfer, redial, message access, applications, mute, volume adjustment and hands-free operation.
The built-in speakerphone supports hands-free calls, while a dedicated headset connection allows the phone to be used with a compatible wired business headset. Headset mode may need to be enabled through the telephone system.
Dual Ethernet ports allow the phone to connect to the business network while providing a pass-through network connection for a nearby computer. This can reduce the need for a separate network outlet at the workstation.
The telephone can normally be powered from a compatible Power over Ethernet network switch or injector. Where PoE is unavailable, a suitable Mitel external power adapter is required.
The Mitel 5320 was produced with different firmware for Mitel call-control platforms and standard SIP operation. Firmware, licensing and provisioning must match the intended telephone system.

COMPATIBILITY & SETUP
The Mitel 5320 is a system IP phone and normally requires a compatible Mitel telephone platform, suitable licensing and provisioning by the system administrator or communications provider.
Connect the LAN port to a suitable Ethernet network. Where compatible Power over Ethernet is available, the phone can receive power through the network cable. Otherwise, a suitable external Mitel power adapter is required.
The second Ethernet port can provide a network connection to a nearby computer. Network addressing, VLAN settings and quality-of-service requirements should be confirmed with the system administrator.
The Mitel 5320 was available with platform-specific Mitel firmware and separate SIP firmware. A telephone prepared for one platform may not register on another without compatible firmware, provisioning files, licensing and administrator access.
Available lines, key assignments, voicemail, call forwarding, conferencing, directories and other functions are controlled by the connected telephone system and its configuration.
Please note: This telephone does not connect directly to an ordinary analogue telephone line. Please confirm the required Mitel platform, firmware and power arrangement before ordering. The external power adapter is not included unless specifically stated.
