The refurbished Mitel 69 Series Integrated DECT Wireless Headset is a professional cordless headset designed for direct integration with selected Mitel 6900 Series IP phones.
Its lightweight mono-ear design, wideband audio and noise-cancelling microphone support clear business calls while allowing users to remain aware of nearby colleagues. The integrated charging base attaches directly to the compatible telephone or M695 expansion module, providing remote call control and up to approximately 100 metres of wireless range without requiring a separate external headset base.

DESIGNED FOR BUSINESS
The Mitel Integrated DECT Headset is designed for professionals who need wireless freedom without the additional desk space and cabling associated with a conventional standalone headset base.
The charging base attaches directly to the expansion port on a compatible Mitel 6900 Series IP phone. It can also attach behind a compatible Mitel M695 Programmable Key Module where the required phone and power arrangement supports both accessories.
The base receives power directly from the connected Mitel phone, so the headset does not normally require a separate mains adapter. The telephone must provide sufficient power for the phone and any attached accessories.
DECT wireless technology provides a maximum operating range of up to approximately 100 metres or 300 feet under open, unobstructed conditions. Walls, floors, office layouts, interference and building construction will reduce the practical working range.
The premium mono-ear design allows users to hear the caller clearly while remaining aware of nearby colleagues and activity. Its soft ear cushion and adjustable headband are designed for comfortable everyday office use.
HD Voice wideband audio provides improved speech clarity on supported calls. The noise-cancelling boom microphone is designed to focus on the user’s voice while reducing distracting surrounding office noise.
The multifunction headset button allows users to answer and end supported calls remotely. Separate controls provide listening-volume adjustment and microphone mute without returning to the telephone.
LED and audible indicators provide information about calls, microphone mute, wireless connection and battery condition. The base also displays charging and battery status while the headset is docked.
The rechargeable lithium-polymer battery provides up to eight hours of continuous talk time and at least 36 hours of standby time. A complete charge takes approximately three hours.
When not in use, the headset docks directly in the integrated base for convenient storage and charging. Firmware management and headset settings are handled through the compatible Mitel telephone.

COMPATIBILITY & SETUP
The Mitel Integrated DECT Headset is designed for selected Mitel 6900 Series IP phones fitted with the appropriate side expansion port. Compatibility depends on the exact telephone model, hardware generation, firmware and Mitel platform.
Earlier Mitel documentation identifies compatibility with the Mitel 6930 and 6940 IP phones. Later Mitel documentation also identifies compatible 6920w, 6930w and 6940w models. Please check the exact phone model and platform before ordering.
To install the headset, disconnect power from the phone, attach the charging base to the phone’s expansion port and secure it using the correct mounting screw. Restore power and configure the telephone’s audio mode for headset use.
The base can also attach to a compatible Mitel M695 Programmable Key Module. Where one or more M695 modules and the DECT headset are fitted, the telephone may require PoE+ or a suitable external Mitel power adapter rather than standard PoE.
This headset does not use a separate DECT accessories module. Its integrated base connects directly to the expansion port and is powered by the compatible telephone.
The headset cannot pair directly with Bluetooth devices, mobile phones, computers, ordinary DECT telephone bases, Mitel 5300 Series phones or third-party desk phones.
Please note: The term “Mitel 69 Series” covers several phone models and hardware generations. Please confirm the full model number shown on your telephone before ordering. Compatibility cannot be determined from the appearance of the phone alone.
