It features a clear 3.5-inch colour display, programmable self-labelling keys, wideband audio, an enhanced hands-free speakerphone, dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, Power over Ethernet and integrated wireless connectivity. Support for Bluetooth headsets, MobileLink, PCLink and compatible USB accessories makes the 6920w particularly flexible for modern office environments.

The Mitel 6920w SIP IP Phone is designed for professional users who want a modern Open SIP desk phone with flexible wired and wireless connectivity.
Its 3.5-inch QVGA colour display has a resolution of 320 × 240 pixels with adjustable brightness, providing clear access to caller information, menus, contacts, call history and programmable features.
Six self-labelling top softkeys can support up to 20 programmable functions, while four context-sensitive bottom softkeys can provide up to 18 functions depending on the current phone state and system configuration.
Dedicated physical controls provide convenient access to commonly used calling functions including contacts, call history, voicemail, hold, redial, mute, speakerphone, headset mode and volume adjustment.
Wideband audio and an enhanced hands-free speakerphone provide clear professional voice communication through the handset, speakerphone and compatible headsets.
Unlike the standard 6920, the 6920w includes integrated 802.11n Wi-Fi, allowing the phone to connect to a compatible wireless network where running a dedicated Ethernet connection is inconvenient.
Built-in Bluetooth 5.2 supports compatible Bluetooth headsets and enables MobileLink and PCLink functionality without requiring an external Bluetooth adapter.
MobileLink can integrate a compatible mobile phone with the 6920w, allowing supported mobile contacts and call history to be accessed from the desk phone and mobile calls to be answered or transferred between devices.
PCLink allows the 6920w to act as an audio device for compatible Windows or Mac collaboration applications through its Bluetooth connection.
The USB 2.0 host port provides up to 500mA and can support selected USB headsets, Mitel accessories and compatible connected devices.
Dual 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet ports provide wired network connectivity for the telephone and a nearby computer, while IEEE 802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet helps reduce network power consumption where supported.
Power over Ethernet support allows compatible IEEE 802.3af or 802.3at network equipment to provide power through the Ethernet connection. A compatible 48V power adapter can be used where required and is sold separately.
The 6920w supports a broad range of professional headset options including DHSG/EHS, USB and Bluetooth devices. It also supports the Mitel Integrated DECT Headset and Mitel S720 Bluetooth Speakerphone.
Up to three compatible Mitel M695 programmable key modules can be used to expand the number of immediately accessible contacts, lines and telephone features.
The 6920w SIP is designed for compatible SIP telephone environments. Available features, registration, provisioning and programmable functions depend on the SIP platform, service provider and administrator configuration.
