The refurbished Mitel 6930 IP Phone is an advanced business VoIP handset designed for managers, receptionists, contact-centre staff and professional users who need convenient access to multiple lines, contacts and call-handling features.
It features a bright 4.3-inch colour display, programmable self-labelling keys, wideband audio, a full-duplex speakerphone and extensive headset support. Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports allow the phone and a nearby computer to share one network connection, while integrated Bluetooth supports compatible wireless accessories and selected mobile-integration features.

DESIGNED FOR BUSINESS
The Mitel 6930 is designed for business users who need fast access to multiple lines, extensions, contacts and telephone-system features from a professional desktop handset.
Its 4.3-inch colour LCD has a resolution of 480 × 272 pixels and displays caller information, menus, directory entries, call history and programmable-key labels. Screen content and available applications vary according to the connected platform.
Twelve physical programmable keys provide access to self-labelled line, speed-dial and feature assignments. Multiple display pages can provide additional assignments where supported by the telephone system.
Dedicated controls provide quick access to frequently used functions including hold, redial, transfer, conference, voicemail, call history, contacts, settings, mute, volume and hands-free operation.
Wideband audio and advanced sound processing support clearer conversations through the handset, speakerphone and compatible headsets. The enhanced full-duplex speakerphone is designed to provide more natural two-way hands-free calls.
The standard Mitel 6930 includes Bluetooth connectivity for compatible wireless headsets and Mitel accessories. MobileLink can also integrate a compatible mobile phone, allowing supported mobile calls and contacts to be accessed through the desk phone.
Headsets can be connected through the phone’s analogue headset port, USB port or Bluetooth. Compatible DHSG or electronic hook-switch equipment can also provide remote call control where supported.
A USB 2.0 port supports selected Mitel and third-party accessories. Compatibility depends on the accessory, telephone firmware and connected communications platform.
Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports allow the telephone to connect to the business network while providing a pass-through network connection for a nearby computer.
The telephone has a PoE Class 3 rating and can normally receive power from a compatible Power over Ethernet switch or injector. A suitable external Mitel power adapter is required where PoE is unavailable or where attached accessories exceed the available power.
The Mitel 6930 was produced for several Mitel platforms and is also available with SIP firmware. Firmware, provisioning, licences and system configuration must match the intended telephone service.

COMPATIBILITY & SETUP
The Mitel 6930 is a system IP phone and requires a compatible Mitel or SIP telephone platform, suitable licensing and provisioning by the system administrator or communications provider.
Connect the LAN port to a suitable Ethernet network. Where compatible Power over Ethernet is available, the phone can receive power through the network cable. Otherwise, a suitable external Mitel power adapter is required.
The second Gigabit Ethernet port can provide a network connection to a nearby computer. Network addressing, VLAN settings, security and quality-of-service requirements should be confirmed with the system administrator.
Mitel produced MiNet and SIP software for the 6930. A telephone prepared for one protocol or platform may not register on another without the correct firmware, licences, provisioning files and administrator access.
Bluetooth and MobileLink functions depend on the precise hardware variant, firmware and connected platform. The 6930L and 6930Lt variants do not contain Bluetooth circuitry.
The standard 6930 does not include integrated Wi-Fi. The later 6930w variant adds Wi-Fi and updated Bluetooth hardware. A wired Ethernet connection is therefore required for normal network registration on the standard model.
Optional expansion modules, DECT headsets and some USB accessories may increase the phone’s power requirements. PoE+ or a compatible external power adapter may be required for particular accessory combinations.
Please note: This telephone does not connect directly to an ordinary analogue telephone line. Please confirm the required Mitel platform, firmware, licence and power arrangement before ordering. The external power adapter is not included unless specifically stated.
