The refurbished Mitel MiVoice 5320e IP Phone is a versatile business VoIP handset designed for everyday office communications on compatible Mitel telephone systems.
It features a large backlit graphical display, eight self-labelling programmable keys, dedicated call controls, a full-duplex hands-free speakerphone and wired-headset support. Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports allow the phone and a nearby computer to share one network connection, while Power over Ethernet can simplify installation.

DESIGNED FOR BUSINESS
The Mitel MiVoice 5320e is designed for general office users who require straightforward access to several telephone lines, extensions and business call-handling features.
Its large backlit graphical display presents caller information, telephone status, menus, system prompts and programmable-key labels. The backlight provides improved visibility compared with the earlier Mitel 5320.
Eight self-labelling programmable keys can be assigned as extension appearances, outside lines, speed dials or telephone-system features. Available assignments depend on the connected platform and administrator configuration.
Three context-sensitive softkeys change function according to the current call or menu, providing relevant options without requiring additional permanent buttons.
Twelve fixed-function keys provide convenient access to common controls including applications, message access, redial, hold, transfer or conference, cancel, mute, speakerphone and volume adjustment.
The integrated full-duplex speakerphone supports more natural two-way hands-free conversations. A compatible wired headset can also be connected for frequent or private calling.
Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports allow the phone to connect to the local network while providing a pass-through network connection for a nearby computer. This allows a compatible computer to retain Gigabit network performance.
The phone can normally receive power from a compatible Power over Ethernet switch or injector. Where PoE is unavailable, a suitable Mitel external power adapter is required.
The Mitel 5320e was produced for compatible Mitel call-control platforms and with separate SIP firmware. Firmware, provisioning and licensing must match the intended telephone system.

COMPATIBILITY & SETUP
The Mitel MiVoice 5320e is a system IP phone and normally requires a compatible Mitel telephone platform, appropriate licensing and provisioning by the system administrator or communications provider.
Connect the LAN port to a suitable Ethernet network. Where compatible Power over Ethernet is available, the phone can receive power through the network cable. Otherwise, a suitable external Mitel power adapter is required.
The second Gigabit Ethernet port can provide a pass-through network connection to a nearby computer. Network addressing, VLAN settings, security and quality-of-service requirements should be confirmed with the system administrator.
Mitel produced platform-specific and SIP firmware for the 5320e. A telephone prepared for one platform may not register correctly on another without compatible firmware, licences, provisioning files and administrator access.
Available lines, programmable-key assignments, voicemail, call forwarding, conferencing, directories and other functions are controlled by the connected telephone system rather than by the handset alone.
Please note: This telephone is not suitable for direct connection to an ordinary analogue telephone line. Please confirm the required Mitel platform, firmware and power arrangement before ordering. The external power adapter is not included unless specifically stated.
