The refurbished Mitel MiVoice 6920 IP Phone is a professional business VoIP handset designed for everyday office communications on compatible Mitel telephone systems.
It features a clear 3.5-inch colour display, self-labelling programmable keys, wideband audio, an enhanced hands-free speakerphone and flexible wired-headset connectivity. Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports allow the phone and a nearby computer to share one network connection, while Power over Ethernet can simplify installation.

DESIGNED FOR BUSINESS
The Mitel MiVoice 6920 is designed for office users who need a modern business handset with straightforward access to lines, contacts, call history, voicemail and commonly used telephone-system features.
Its 3.5-inch QVGA colour display has a resolution of 320 × 240 pixels and adjustable brightness. It presents caller details, call status, menus, contacts and programmable-key labels.
Six self-labelling programmable keys can be assigned to lines, extensions, speed dials or system features. Multiple pages allow additional assignments, with the exact number available depending on firmware and telephone-system configuration.
Four context-sensitive softkeys change according to the current call, menu or application, placing relevant options on screen when they are required.
Dedicated physical controls provide convenient access to contacts, call history, voicemail, settings, hold, redial, mute, speaker or headset mode and listening-volume adjustment.
Wideband audio supports clearer speech on compatible calls. The enhanced speakerphone uses advanced audio processing to provide richer and more natural hands-free conversations.
The telephone supports analogue wired headsets, DHSG/EHS wireless headset connections and compatible USB headsets. Available remote call-control functions vary according to the headset, firmware and telephone platform.
The external USB 2.0 port can support selected headsets and Mitel accessories. The standard 6920 does not have native Bluetooth, although certain Bluetooth accessories may work through a compatible USB adapter.
Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports allow the telephone to connect to the business network while providing a pass-through network connection for a nearby computer.
The phone can normally receive power through a compatible Power over Ethernet switch or injector. A suitable external Mitel power adapter is required where PoE is unavailable or where an accessory combination requires additional power.
The Mitel 6920 was produced for MiVoice Business and other Mitel or SIP platforms. Firmware, provisioning, licences and system configuration must match the intended telephone service.

COMPATIBILITY & SETUP
The Mitel MiVoice 6920 is a system IP phone and requires a compatible Mitel or SIP telephone platform, suitable licensing and provisioning by the system administrator or communications provider.
Connect the LAN port to a suitable Ethernet network. Where compatible Power over Ethernet is available, the telephone can receive power through the network cable. Otherwise, a compatible Mitel 48V power adapter is required.
The second Gigabit Ethernet port can provide a network connection to a nearby computer. Network addressing, VLAN settings, security and quality-of-service requirements should be confirmed with the system administrator.
Mitel produced MiNet and SIP firmware for the 6920. A telephone configured for one protocol or platform may not register on another without the correct firmware, licences, provisioning files and administrator access.
The standard 6920 does not include integrated Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. The later 6920w adds both features. Wireless network access on the standard phone requires a separately compatible wireless bridge or adapter.
Attaching expansion modules or other accessories may increase the phone’s power requirement. A compatible external power adapter or higher-power PoE arrangement may therefore be required.
Please note: This telephone does not connect directly to an ordinary analogue telephone line. Please confirm the required Mitel platform, firmware, licensing and power arrangement before ordering. The external power adapter is not included unless specifically stated.
