The refurbished Panasonic KX-NT343 is a professional IP proprietary telephone designed for busy office users on compatible Panasonic PBX systems.
It features a clear six-line backlit display, 24 programmable line or feature keys, dedicated call controls, hands-free speakerphone operation and wired-headset support. Dual Ethernet ports allow the telephone and a nearby computer to share one network connection, while Power over Ethernet can simplify installation.

DESIGNED FOR BUSINESS
The Panasonic KX-NT343 is designed for professional office users who require fast access to several telephone lines, extensions, speed dials and commonly used Panasonic PBX functions.
Its backlit six-line LCD presents caller details, call status, telephone menus and information supplied by the connected Panasonic communications system.
Twenty-four flexible line or feature keys with integrated status indicators can be assigned as outside lines, direct station selection keys, one-touch dialling buttons or other supported PBX functions.
Four context-sensitive softkeys beneath the display change according to the current call or menu, placing relevant options within easy reach.
Dedicated controls provide convenient access to frequently used functions such as hold, transfer, conference, message access, redial, intercom, mute, speakerphone and volume adjustment.
The navigation control can be used to move through supported directories, call logs, menus and telephone settings. Available features depend on the connected Panasonic PBX and administrator configuration.
The integrated speakerphone supports hands-free calling, while the dedicated headset connection allows the phone to be used with a compatible wired business headset.
Two 10/100 Ethernet ports allow the telephone to connect to the business network while providing a pass-through connection for a nearby computer.
The telephone supports IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet and can normally receive operating power through a compatible network switch or injector. Where PoE is unavailable, a suitable Panasonic external power adapter is required.
The optional Panasonic KX-NT305 can add 60 programmable buttons for receptionists, operators and users who need to monitor a larger number of extensions or lines.
The KX-NT343 is an IP proprietary system phone. Its available lines, features, directories and call-handling functions are controlled by the compatible Panasonic PBX rather than by the telephone alone.

COMPATIBILITY & SETUP
The Panasonic KX-NT343 is an IP proprietary system telephone and requires a compatible Panasonic PBX, appropriate extension licensing and provisioning by the system administrator or communications provider.
Connect the telephone’s LAN port to a suitable Ethernet network. Where compatible IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet is available, the phone can receive power through the network cable. Otherwise, a compatible Panasonic external power adapter is required.
The second Ethernet port can provide a pass-through network connection to a nearby computer. Network addressing, VLAN settings, security and quality-of-service requirements should be confirmed with the system administrator.
Extension registration, programmable-key assignments, voicemail, directories, call forwarding, conferencing and other features are controlled by the connected Panasonic PBX and its software configuration.
Optional expansion modules require compatible Panasonic hardware, sufficient system support and the correct mounting components. Adding accessories may also alter the telephone’s external-power requirements.
The KX-NT343 should not be assumed to work as a standard unrestricted SIP telephone. Compatibility with non-Panasonic systems or hosted services must be confirmed before ordering.
Please note: This telephone does not connect directly to an ordinary analogue telephone line. Please confirm your Panasonic PBX model, software, licences, network configuration and power arrangement before ordering. The external power adapter is not included unless specifically stated.
