The refurbished Panasonic KX-NT630 IP Phone is a professional IP proprietary telephone designed for everyday business communications on compatible Panasonic KX-NS and KX-NSX telephone systems.
It features a large 3.6-inch backlit display, self-labelling programmable keys, four context-sensitive softkeys, dedicated call controls and full-duplex hands-free operation. Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports allow the phone and a nearby computer to share one network connection, while Power over Ethernet can simplify installation.

DESIGNED FOR BUSINESS
The Panasonic KX-NT630 is designed for business users who require straightforward access to telephone lines, extensions, speed dials, call logs and frequently used Panasonic PBX functions.
Its large 3.6-inch backlit monochrome LCD presents caller information, call status, menu options and electronic labels for configured line or feature assignments.
Six physical flexible keys sit alongside the display. Four selectable pages provide up to 24 programmable assignments for extensions, outside lines, one-touch dialling or supported telephone-system features.
The self-labelling display removes the need for handwritten or printed paper inserts. Labels are shown electronically according to the assignments configured through the connected Panasonic system.
Four context-sensitive softkeys change according to the current call, menu or system feature, placing relevant controls within easy reach.
Dedicated controls provide access to commonly used functions such as hold, transfer, conference, messages, redial, intercom, mute, speakerphone and listening-volume adjustment.
The navigation control can be used to move through supported menus, incoming and outgoing call logs, directories and telephone settings.
The integrated full-duplex speakerphone supports natural two-way hands-free conversations. A compatible wired business headset can be connected through the dedicated 2.5mm headset socket.
The KX-NT630 does not include an electronic hook-switch connection or built-in Bluetooth. Remote call control with a wireless headset should therefore not be assumed.
Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports allow the telephone to connect to the business network while providing a pass-through network connection for a nearby computer.
The phone can normally receive operating power from a compatible Power over Ethernet switch or injector. Where PoE is unavailable, the optional Panasonic KX-A424 power adapter is required.
The KX-NT630 is an IP proprietary telephone. Registration, available features, programmable assignments and call handling are controlled by a compatible Panasonic KX-NS or KX-NSX communications system.

COMPATIBILITY & SETUP
The Panasonic KX-NT630 is an IP proprietary system telephone and requires a compatible Panasonic KX-NS or KX-NSX communications server, appropriate IP-extension licensing and provisioning.
Panasonic specifies compatibility with KX-NSX Series systems running version 4.0 or later and KX-NS Series systems running version 7.0 or later.
Connect the telephone’s LAN port to a suitable Ethernet network. Where compatible Power over Ethernet is available, the telephone can receive operating power through the network cable. Otherwise, the optional Panasonic KX-A424 power adapter is required.
The second Gigabit Ethernet port can provide a pass-through network connection to a nearby computer. Network addressing, VLAN settings, security and quality-of-service requirements should be confirmed with the system administrator.
Extension registration, programmable-key assignments, electronic labels, call logs, voicemail, directories and other functions are controlled by the connected Panasonic system.
A compatible wired headset connects through the 2.5mm headset socket. The KX-NT630 does not have built-in Bluetooth or a dedicated electronic hook-switch connection.
The KX-NT630 should not be assumed to operate as an unrestricted general-purpose SIP telephone. Compatibility with third-party systems, cloud platforms or unsupported Panasonic servers must be confirmed before ordering.
Please note: This telephone does not connect directly to an ordinary analogue telephone line. Please confirm your Panasonic communications server, software version, IP-extension licensing, network configuration and power arrangement before ordering. The power adapter is not included unless specifically stated.
