PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The refurbished Sennheiser TeamConnect Wireless Conference Set is a portable meeting-room audio system designed for conference calls, online meetings and collaborative working with up to 24 participants.
The system comprises one master conference unit and three wireless satellite units, allowing the microphones and speakers to be distributed around the meeting table. It connects to compatible computers, smartphones, tablets and conferencing equipment using Bluetooth, NFC, USB or a wired audio connection.

DESIGNED FOR BUSINESS
The Sennheiser TeamConnect Wireless system is designed for organisations that require professional conference audio without installing a permanent meeting-room system.
The four conference units can be positioned around the meeting table so that microphones and speakers remain closer to participants than a single central speakerphone.
Sennheiser recommends allowing one conference unit for up to six people, supporting meetings of up to approximately 24 participants when all four units are used.
The master unit manages external connections, while the three satellite units communicate wirelessly with the master.
Each unit includes its own microphone, speaker, volume control and microphone-mute control.
Users can mute an individual conference unit or mute all microphones across the system when required.
Bluetooth connectivity allows compatible smartphones, tablets and computers to connect without a cable.
NFC can simplify Bluetooth pairing with compatible mobile devices by allowing the device to be held close to the master unit.
The supplied USB cable allows the master unit to operate as a computer audio device with compatible conferencing, calling and collaboration software.
The supplied 2.5mm-to-3.5mm audio cable supports compatible equipment with an analogue audio connection.
An optional telephone cable and telephone-specific adapter can connect the system to selected desk phones.
The system can maintain several audio connections, allowing another participant or audio source to be added to a conference where supported.
Rechargeable batteries provide up to approximately eight hours of operating time when fully charged and in suitable condition.
Actual battery performance depends on battery condition, volume levels, connectivity, operating environment and usage.
The portable case stores all four units and charges their batteries when connected to the supplied power supply.
A complete charging cycle can take up to approximately ten hours, making overnight charging suitable between working days.
The complete system weighs approximately 4.7kg and can be moved between meeting rooms or transported to temporary working locations.
The system does not contain a camera or video-conferencing computer. It provides the microphone, speaker and audio-connectivity functions for a compatible conferencing device or application.
Compatibility with current operating systems, mobile devices and conferencing applications depends on their support for standard Bluetooth, USB or analogue audio devices.
The TeamConnect Wireless system is an earlier-generation Sennheiser product. Current software integration and advanced call-control support should be checked where these functions are required.

COMPATIBILITY & SETUP
The Sennheiser TeamConnect Wireless system can connect to compatible computers, smartphones and tablets through Bluetooth or USB.
When connected through USB, the master unit is normally recognised as a standard computer audio device. It can then be selected as the microphone and speaker within compatible conferencing software.
Bluetooth supports compatible devices using standard HFP, HSP or A2DP profiles. NFC pairing requires an NFC-enabled device.
The analogue audio cable can be used with compatible equipment providing a suitable 3.5mm audio connection.
Connection to a desk phone requires the optional TeamConnect telephone cable and a telephone-specific Sennheiser adapter.
The four units should be distributed around the meeting table, normally no more than approximately two metres from the nearest participants and within 20 metres of the master unit.
The system provides conference audio only. A separate computer, mobile device or conferencing appliance is required to run Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex or another meeting platform.
Application-specific controls and current operating-system compatibility depend on the connected device and conferencing software.
