The refurbished Snom D725 VoIP Phone is a professional SIP business telephone designed for reception areas, customer-service teams, administrators and other users who manage multiple extensions and call functions.
It combines wideband audio with 18 programmable multicolour LED function keys, dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, USB connectivity and Power over Ethernet. Support for up to 12 SIP identities gives busy users clear access to multiple lines, monitored extensions, contacts and platform-supported telephone features.

DESIGNED FOR BUSINESS
The Snom D725 is designed for intensive business telephone use where direct access to several lines, extensions and call-management functions is important.
It supports up to 12 SIP identities and can handle up to 12 simultaneous calls, subject to the connected telephone platform and service configuration.
Eighteen freely programmable function keys are arranged across three rows and include multicolour LED indicators for clear line, presence and Busy Lamp Field status.
The keys can be assigned to SIP lines, monitored extensions, speed dials, shared call appearances, call pickup or other platform-supported features.
A backlit graphical display presents caller information, extension details, telephone menus, recent calls and context-sensitive options.
Dedicated message, mute, headset, speakerphone and volume controls provide direct access to frequently used telephone functions.
Wideband G.722 audio supports clearer conversations when the telephone service, network and other endpoint use compatible codecs.
The advanced speaker, microphone system and digital signal processor support clear handset and hands-free business calls.
A full-duplex speakerphone allows both callers to speak naturally during hands-free conversations.
Local three-party conferencing allows compatible calls to be combined directly on the phone.
A dedicated wired-headset connection supports compatible professional headsets using the correct connection cable.
Remote answering and call control may be available with a compatible wireless headset and Snom EHS Advanced adapter.
The USB Type-A port can support selected USB headsets, compatible Wi-Fi adapters and other approved accessories.

Two Gigabit Ethernet ports allow the phone to connect to the network while providing a high-speed pass-through connection for a nearby computer.
IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet allows the telephone to receive power and network connectivity through one cable when connected to a compatible PoE switch or injector.
Where PoE is unavailable, the phone can use a compatible 5V Snom mains adapter. The adapter is not included unless specifically stated.
The local telephone directory can hold up to 1,000 contacts, while compatible platforms may also provide remote or centralised directories.
Functions such as call forwarding, voicemail, call parking, call pickup, extension monitoring and presence depend on the connected telephone platform.
The browser-based administration interface allows authorised users to configure SIP accounts, network settings, programmable keys and telephone preferences.
Automatic settings and firmware deployment can be completed through compatible HTTP, HTTPS or TFTP provisioning systems.
Security features include HTTPS, TLS, SRTP, SIPS, VLAN and VPN support, subject to firmware and platform configuration.
The Snom D725 is an earlier-generation model. Support for new activation and available firmware should be confirmed with the intended telephone provider.
The phone is supplied reset and prepared for configuration but does not include an extension number, SIP subscription, hosted licence or provider setup.

COMPATIBILITY & SETUP
The Snom D725 is a SIP network telephone. It requires a compatible hosted VoIP provider, SIP server or business telephone platform and cannot connect directly to an ordinary analogue telephone line.
The phone must be connected to an Ethernet network with access to the required telephone service. SIP account details or provider-controlled provisioning are required before calls can be made.
Power can be supplied by a compatible IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet switch or injector. Where PoE is unavailable, the correct Snom-compatible 5V mains adapter is required and is not included unless specifically stated.
The second Gigabit Ethernet port can provide a high-speed pass-through network connection for a nearby computer.
A compatible wired headset can be connected through the dedicated headset port using the correct headset cable.
Remote call control with a compatible wireless headset requires the appropriate Snom EHS Advanced adapter and suitable telephone firmware.
Selected USB headsets and compatible Snom USB Wi-Fi adapters can use the USB Type-A port. The phone does not include built-in Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
Compatible Snom D7 expansion modules can provide additional programmable keys. Available key and Busy Lamp Field functions depend on firmware and telephone-platform support.
The Snom D725 is an earlier-generation model. Firmware availability and support for new activation vary between hosted telephone providers.
The phone is supplied without an extension number, SIP subscription, hosted telephone licence or configuration service unless specifically agreed separately.
