The TP-Link TL-POE150S Gigabit PoE Injector provides power and network connectivity to a compatible IEEE 802.3af device through a single Ethernet cable.
It is ideal for installing compatible IP phones, wireless access points, IP cameras and other standard PoE devices where a mains socket is not conveniently available. Gigabit Ethernet support allows high-speed network traffic to pass through without limiting compatible network equipment to Fast Ethernet speeds.

DESIGNED FOR BUSINESS
The TP-Link TL-POE150S allows a compatible network device to receive both electrical power and Ethernet data through one network cable.
This can simplify the installation of IP phones, access points and cameras in locations where a nearby electrical socket is unavailable or inconvenient.
One Gigabit Ethernet port accepts the network connection from a switch, router or other network source.
The second Gigabit Ethernet port sends network data and PoE power to the connected powered device.
Support for 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet allows the injector to be used without restricting compatible Gigabit equipment to 100Mbps.
Auto-negotiation and Auto MDI/MDIX support help simplify network connection without requiring a crossover cable.
The injector complies with the IEEE 802.3af standard and automatically identifies the power requirements of a compatible connected device.
Maximum injector output is 15.4W at 48V DC. The usable power available at the device may be lower after normal cable losses.
The injector does not require a management interface, software installation, telephone licence or network configuration.
A power indicator LED provides a simple visual indication that the unit is receiving electrical power.
The compact enclosure can be positioned near the network switch, router or other non-PoE network connection.
Standard Ethernet cabling can be used over a total cable distance of up to 100 metres, subject to cable type, installation quality and Ethernet specifications.
For Gigabit Ethernet, suitable CAT5e or CAT6 cabling should normally be used.
The TL-POE150S is a single-port injector and powers one compatible device.
It does not add network ports, route internet traffic or provide a network connection by itself. A separate Ethernet network source is required.
The unit is intended for indoor use and should be installed in a dry, ventilated location with the supplied compatible power adapter.

COMPATIBILITY & SETUP
The TP-Link TL-POE150S is designed for devices that comply with the IEEE 802.3af PoE standard and require no more than the available power output.
Connect a network cable from a switch, router or network socket to the injector’s data-input port. Connect a second cable from the PoE-output port to the compatible powered device.
The injector supplies up to 15.4W at its output. IEEE 802.3af devices may receive a lower usable wattage after normal Ethernet cable losses.
Check the powered device’s required PoE standard and wattage before ordering. Equipment requiring IEEE 802.3at PoE+ or IEEE 802.3bt PoE++ may require a higher-powered injector.
The injector does not convert an incompatible non-PoE device into a PoE device. The connected equipment must accept standard IEEE 802.3af PoE or use a separately compatible PoE splitter.
The unit does not provide an internet connection or function as a switch. It passes an existing Ethernet connection while adding PoE power.
For Gigabit Ethernet operation, all connected equipment and cabling must support Gigabit speeds. CAT5e or CAT6 cable is recommended.
The maximum total Ethernet cable distance is normally 100 metres, subject to cable quality and the network installation.
Please note: Network cables and the powered device are not included unless specifically stated. Confirm the required PoE standard, voltage and wattage before connecting equipment.
