The refurbished Yealink EXP50 Expansion Module adds programmable line keys, Busy Lamp Field indicators and advanced call-management controls to compatible Yealink business phones.
Its adjustable 4.3-inch colour display presents three pages of twenty key assignments, providing access to up to sixty programmable functions per module. Each physical key includes a dual-colour LED for clear extension, line and feature-status indication.

DESIGNED FOR BUSINESS
The Yealink EXP50 is designed for receptionists, administrators, customer-service teams and other users who need direct access to multiple extensions and telephone functions.
Twenty physical keys provide one-touch access to programmed lines, monitored extensions, contacts and call-management features.
Three illuminated page-control keys allow the user to switch quickly between three sets of assignments, providing up to sixty programmable functions from one module.
Each key includes a dual-colour LED that can indicate extension availability, ringing, active calls and other telephone-platform states.
Busy Lamp Field monitoring allows users to check the status of compatible extensions before placing or transferring a call.
Shared-line and Bridged Line Appearance functions can provide visibility and control of suitable shared telephone lines.
Programmable functions can include speed dial, call transfer, call forwarding, call parking, call pickup and group pickup.
Further assignments can include conferencing, group listening, LDAP directory access, XML applications and other platform-supported features.
The 4.3-inch colour display has a resolution of 272 × 480 pixels and presents clear labels, colour icons and telephone-status information.
Wallpaper and screensaver support allows compatible installations to customise the visual appearance of the module.
The adjustable screen and two-position stand help users set a suitable viewing angle for different desks and seating positions.
The EXP50 connects to the host telephone by USB, providing faster data refresh than the connections used by some earlier expansion modules.
A USB pass-through port remains available on the rear of the module for selected compatible telephone accessories.
Depending on the host telephone, the pass-through connection may support a USB headset, Wi-Fi adapter or USB call-recording device.
Up to three compatible EXP50 modules can be connected to one supported telephone.
Three modules provide up to sixty physical keys and 180 programmable assignments across the complete installation.
An external Yealink 5V/2A power adapter is required when two or three EXP50 modules are connected.
A single module is normally powered through the compatible host telephone’s USB connection.
The EXP50 does not operate independently and cannot connect directly to an Ethernet network, telephone line or SIP account.
Configuration is completed through the connected telephone, its web administration interface or a compatible provisioning platform.
Available key assignments, LED behaviour and presence information depend on the connected telephone, installed firmware and telephone platform.
SIP, Microsoft Teams and Zoom editions exist. The correct module edition and host-phone compatibility should be confirmed before ordering.

COMPATIBILITY & SETUP
The Yealink EXP50 is available in SIP, Microsoft Teams and Zoom editions. The module edition must match the connected telephone and communications platform.
The SIP-edition datasheet lists compatibility with the Yealink T53, T53W, T54W, T57W and T58A. Compatibility with other Yealink models should be confirmed from the host phone’s specification and firmware documentation.
Teams-edition compatibility includes selected Yealink Teams phones, while separate Zoom-compatible versions are available for selected Zoom Phone models.
The module connects to the host telephone by USB and cannot operate as a standalone device.
A single module is normally powered through the host telephone. Connecting two or three modules requires a compatible Yealink 5V/2A external power adapter.
Up to three compatible EXP50 modules can be attached, providing up to 180 programmable assignments.
Programmable-key options and LED behaviour depend on the connected phone, firmware, communications platform and administrator configuration.
