The refurbished Yealink MP54 Microsoft Teams IP Phone provides a native Teams calling experience for office workers, front desks, common areas and shared business environments.
It combines a 4-inch capacitive touchscreen with dedicated Microsoft Teams controls, Yealink HD audio, Noise Proof technology, dual Gigabit Ethernet, Power over Ethernet and USB connectivity for compatible headsets and optional wireless accessories.

DESIGNED FOR BUSINESS
The Yealink MP54 is designed as a cost-effective native Microsoft Teams phone for office workers, reception desks, common areas and shared workspaces.
Unlike the USB-based Yealink MP50, the MP54 is a standalone network telephone that runs the Microsoft Teams phone application directly on the device.
The MP54 Teams Edition was originally supplied with Android 9 and was subsequently upgraded by Yealink to an Android 12 platform.
Its Microsoft Teams-tailored interface provides access to calls, meetings, contacts, voicemail, call history and other platform-supported functions.
A dedicated Microsoft Teams button provides rapid access to the Teams application and supported notifications.
The 4-inch capacitive touchscreen has a resolution of 480 × 800 pixels and supports multi-touch operation.
Physical dialling and call-control keys allow users to place and manage calls without relying entirely on the touchscreen.
Yealink Optimal HD Voice and Noise Proof technology help improve speech clarity and reduce distracting background noise during calls.
The magnetic handset sits securely in its cradle and is hearing-aid compatible for users with suitable hearing devices.
A full-duplex speakerphone with acoustic echo cancellation allows both participants to speak naturally during hands-free conversations.
Additional audio processing includes voice-activity detection, comfort-noise generation, packet-loss concealment, adaptive jitter buffering and automatic gain control.
The phone supports Teams call functions including hold, mute, transfer, forwarding, voicemail and synchronised call history, subject to the current Microsoft application.
Hot-desking and Common Area Phone functions allow the MP54 to be deployed in suitable reception, shared-desk and public-facing environments.
Teams and SIP Hybrid mode can support compatible SIP calling alongside the native Teams environment where correctly licensed and configured.
Two Gigabit Ethernet ports allow the phone to connect to the network while providing a pass-through network connection for a nearby computer.
IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet allows compatible network equipment to supply power and data through a single Ethernet cable.
Where PoE is unavailable, the phone can use a compatible Yealink 5V/2A mains power adapter.
The power adapter is not included with this refurbished listing unless specifically stated.
One USB Type-A port supports selected compatible USB headsets, storage devices and Yealink wireless adapters.
The original MP54 does not contain built-in Wi-Fi. Wireless network connectivity requires a compatible Yealink WF50 USB Wi-Fi dongle.
It also does not contain built-in Bluetooth. Bluetooth headset connectivity requires a compatible Yealink BT41 USB Bluetooth dongle.
A dedicated RJ9 headset port supports compatible professional wired headsets using the correct connection cable.
The adjustable desktop stand provides two viewing positions of approximately 45 and 53 degrees.
The phone can also be wall mounted using a compatible optional Yealink mounting bracket.
Microsoft Teams Admin Center and Yealink device-management platforms can support remote deployment, monitoring, firmware updates and administration.
Network and security functions include IPv4, IPv6, DHCP, static addressing, HTTPS, TLS, certificate management and IEEE 802.1X.
Yealink discontinued the MP54 Teams Edition on 30 September 2024, making refurbished units particularly useful for replacing failed phones or expanding established installations.
The phone requires a suitable Microsoft Teams account, licence and administrator configuration. These services are not included with the hardware.

COMPATIBILITY & SETUP
The Yealink MP54 is a native Microsoft Teams network phone. It requires a compatible Microsoft 365 environment, Microsoft Teams account and suitable Teams Phone or Common Area Phone licence.
The phone connects to a wired network through its Gigabit Ethernet port and can receive power from a compatible IEEE 802.3af PoE switch or injector.
Where PoE is unavailable, a compatible Yealink 5V/2A mains power adapter is required. The power adapter is not included unless specifically stated.
The original MP54 does not have built-in Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Wi-Fi requires the optional Yealink WF50 dongle, while Bluetooth requires the optional Yealink BT41 dongle.
Only one USB Type-A port is provided, so a USB headset, Wi-Fi dongle and Bluetooth dongle cannot all occupy the port simultaneously without a suitable supported arrangement.
Compatible wired professional headsets can be connected through the RJ9 headset port. Selected USB headsets can use the USB Type-A connection.
Teams and SIP Hybrid mode requires appropriate licensing, provisioning and platform support and should be configured by an experienced administrator.
The MP54 Teams Edition was discontinued in September 2024. Continued compatibility with Microsoft Teams, firmware and management systems should be confirmed before a completely new deployment.
