The refurbished Yealink SIP-T31G IP Phone is a reliable entry-level business telephone for everyday office calling, shared workspaces and straightforward hosted VoIP installations.
It supports two SIP accounts and combines a clear backlit display with Yealink HD Voice, Smart Noise Filtering, dual Gigabit Ethernet, Power over Ethernet and a full-duplex speakerphone.

DESIGNED FOR BUSINESS
The Yealink SIP-T31G is designed for everyday business users who need dependable VoIP calling without the complexity of a large touchscreen or extensive accessory support.
Two SIP accounts allow the phone to support two extensions, lines or telephone identities where permitted by the connected provider.
Two line keys with status LEDs provide direct access to configured SIP accounts and platform-supported programmable functions.
The large 132 × 64-pixel graphical LCD is backlit for improved visibility and displays caller information, call history, menus and line status.
Yealink HD Voice supports wideband audio through the handset and speakerphone when used with a compatible telephone service.
Smart Noise Filtering helps reduce distracting background noise transmitted during calls.
The full-duplex speakerphone includes acoustic echo cancellation, allowing both participants to speak naturally during hands-free conversations.
Five-way local conferencing allows several participants to be combined into one call, subject to firmware and platform configuration.
Common call functions include hold, mute, transfer, forwarding, call waiting, redial, Do Not Disturb, call pickup and voicemail access.
Directory support can include a local phonebook, remote XML directories and compatible LDAP directory services.
Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports allow the phone to connect to the business network while providing a pass-through network connection for a nearby computer.
IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet allows a compatible switch or injector to deliver power and network data through one RJ45 cable.
Where PoE is unavailable, the telephone can use an optional compatible Yealink 5V/600mA mains adapter.
The dedicated RJ9 headset port accepts compatible professional wired headsets using the appropriate connection cable.
Selected Yealink wireless headset systems can be connected through the optional EHS35 electronic hook-switch adapter.
The SIP-T31G has no USB port and does not support USB headsets, USB recording or USB expansion modules.
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are not built in, so the phone normally requires a wired Ethernet network connection.
Provisioning options include Yealink Redirection and Provisioning Service, XML configuration, zero-touch provisioning and compatible device-management platforms.
The phone requires a compatible SIP account, hosted VoIP service or IP-PBX configuration. These services are not included with the hardware.

COMPATIBILITY & SETUP
The Yealink SIP-T31G is a SIP network phone and requires a compatible hosted VoIP provider, SIP server or IP-PBX.
The phone connects through Gigabit Ethernet and can receive power from a compatible IEEE 802.3af PoE switch or injector.
Where PoE is unavailable, a compatible Yealink 5V/600mA power adapter is required. The adapter is not included unless specifically stated.
The SIP-T31G does not include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or USB connectivity and must normally be connected to the network using an Ethernet cable.
Compatible wired professional headsets can connect through the RJ9 headset port. Selected wireless headset systems may require a compatible Yealink EHS35 adapter.
Available calling functions, directories, programmable keys and Busy Lamp Field behaviour depend on the selected VoIP provider and administrator configuration.
Please note: A SIP account, telephone number, hosted licence, PoE equipment, mains adapter and headset are not included unless specifically stated.
