PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The refurbished Yealink SIP-T41S IP Phone is a versatile business telephone for office users, shared workspaces and compatible hosted VoIP installations.
It supports six SIP accounts and combines a clear backlit display with Yealink Optima HD Voice, six programmable line keys, Power over Ethernet and USB connectivity for compatible headsets, call recording and optional wireless adapters.

DESIGNED FOR BUSINESS
The Yealink SIP-T41S is designed for office users who need dependable SIP calling with more programmable controls and accessory support than a basic entry-level telephone.
Six SIP accounts allow the phone to support multiple extensions, telephone numbers or service providers where permitted by the connected platform.
Six illuminated line keys can be used for configured accounts, speed dials, monitored extensions, Busy Lamp Field indicators and other platform-supported functions.
Multiple display pages provide access to up to fifteen programmable assignments without requiring printed paper labels.
The 2.7-inch backlit graphical display shows caller information, line status, menus, directories and call history.
Yealink Optima HD Voice supports clear wideband audio through the handset and speakerphone when used with a compatible telephone service.
A full-duplex speakerphone with acoustic echo cancellation allows both participants to speak naturally during hands-free conversations.
Common calling functions include hold, mute, transfer, forwarding, call waiting, redial, Do Not Disturb, call pickup and voicemail access.
Three-way local conferencing allows the user to combine two additional parties into one telephone call, subject to platform configuration.
Directory support can include a local phonebook, remote XML phonebooks and compatible LDAP directories.
Busy Lamp Field and presence functions allow compatible extensions to be monitored before a call is placed or transferred.
The USB Type-A port supports selected compatible USB headsets for professional hands-free calling.
USB call recording can be used with suitable storage, firmware and telephone-platform configuration.
Optional Yealink USB adapters can add Wi-Fi or Bluetooth functionality where supported by the installed firmware.
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are not built into the telephone and require the correct optional USB accessories.
The dedicated RJ9 headset port supports compatible professional wired headsets using the appropriate connection cable.
Electronic Hook Switch support allows selected wireless headset systems to answer and end calls remotely when used with the correct adapter.
The phone supports the Yealink EXP40 expansion module for additional programmable line, speed-dial and Busy Lamp Field controls.
Dual 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports allow the telephone and a nearby computer to share one network connection.
The T41S is not a Gigabit phone. Connecting a computer through the telephone may therefore limit its wired network connection to 100 Mbps.
IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet allows a compatible switch or injector to provide electrical power and network data through one Ethernet cable.
Where PoE is unavailable, the telephone can use an optional compatible Yealink 5V/600mA mains power adapter.
The adjustable desktop stand provides two viewing positions for different desk layouts and seating arrangements.
Provisioning options include Yealink Redirection and Provisioning Service, XML configuration and compatible central-management platforms.
Yealink discontinued the SIP-T41S on 30 June 2022, making refurbished units particularly useful for replacing failed phones or extending an established deployment.
The phone requires a compatible SIP account, hosted VoIP service or IP-PBX configuration. These services are not included with the hardware.

COMPATIBILITY & SETUP
The Yealink SIP-T41S is a SIP network phone and requires a compatible hosted VoIP provider, SIP server or IP-PBX.
The telephone connects through 10/100 Mbps Ethernet and can receive power from a compatible IEEE 802.3af PoE switch or injector.
Where PoE is unavailable, a compatible Yealink 5V/600mA power adapter is required. The adapter is not included unless specifically stated.
Wi-Fi is not built in. Wireless network connectivity requires a compatible Yealink USB Wi-Fi dongle.
Bluetooth is not built in. Bluetooth headset or mobile-device connectivity requires a compatible Yealink USB Bluetooth dongle.
The telephone has one USB port, so only one USB accessory can normally be connected directly at a time.
Compatible wired professional headsets can connect through the RJ9 headset port. Selected wireless headset systems require the correct compatible EHS adapter.
The Yealink EXP40 expansion module can be connected for additional programmable line, speed-dial and Busy Lamp Field keys.
The Ethernet ports are Fast Ethernet rather than Gigabit. Connecting a computer through the telephone may limit its wired connection to 100 Mbps.
The model was discontinued in June 2022. Compatibility and available firmware should be confirmed before using it in a completely new deployment.
