The refurbished Yealink SIP-T46G IP Phone is a professional colour-screen telephone designed for executives, reception teams and busy office users managing multiple calls and extensions.
It combines support for up to six SIP accounts with a 4.3-inch colour display, ten illuminated line keys, Yealink Optima HD Voice, dual Gigabit Ethernet, Power over Ethernet and flexible headset and expansion options.

DESIGNED FOR BUSINESS
The Yealink SIP-T46G is designed for executives and professional users who need clear visual call information and fast access to multiple lines, extensions and call-management features.
Up to six SIP accounts can be configured, allowing the phone to support several extensions, telephone numbers or service providers where permitted by the connected system.
Ten illuminated line keys can be assigned to SIP accounts, speed dials, monitored extensions, Busy Lamp Field indicators and other platform-supported functions.
Three display pages provide access to up to twenty-seven programmable assignments without requiring paper labels.
The 4.3-inch 480 × 272 colour display clearly presents caller information, line status, call history, directories and phone settings.
Yealink Optima HD Voice supports clear wideband audio through the handset and speakerphone when used with a compatible telephone service.
A full-duplex speakerphone with acoustic echo cancellation allows both parties to speak naturally during hands-free conversations.
Calling functions can include hold, mute, transfer, forwarding, call waiting, redial, Do Not Disturb, call pickup, call parking and voicemail access.
Three-way local conferencing allows the user to combine two additional parties into one telephone call, subject to provider support.
Directory support can include a local phonebook, remote XML phonebooks and compatible LDAP directory services.
Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports allow the telephone and a nearby computer to share one network connection without limiting the computer to Fast Ethernet speeds.
IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet allows a compatible switch or injector to provide power and network data through one Ethernet cable.
Where PoE is unavailable, the phone can use an optional compatible Yealink 5V/2A mains power adapter.
The USB port supports call recording to compatible USB storage, subject to firmware and telephone-platform configuration.
Optional Yealink WF40 and BT40 USB adapters can add Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connectivity where supported by the installed firmware.
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are not built into the telephone and require the correct optional USB accessories.
The dedicated RJ9 headset port supports compatible professional wired headsets using the appropriate connection cable.
Electronic Hook Switch support allows selected wireless headset systems to answer and end calls remotely when used with the correct compatible adapter.
The Yealink EXP40 expansion module adds further programmable line, speed-dial, presence and Busy Lamp Field controls.
Up to six EXP40 modules may be connected, subject to firmware, cabling and external power requirements.
The adjustable desktop stand provides two viewing positions and the phone can also be wall mounted using the appropriate bracket.
Yealink ended sales of the SIP-T46G on 1 April 2020 and ended official manufacturer support on 1 April 2025.
The phone requires a compatible SIP account, hosted VoIP service or IP-PBX configuration. These services are not included with the hardware.

COMPATIBILITY & SETUP
The Yealink SIP-T46G is a SIP network phone and requires a compatible hosted VoIP provider, SIP server or IP-PBX.
The phone connects through Gigabit Ethernet and can receive power from a compatible IEEE 802.3af PoE switch or injector.
Where PoE is unavailable, a compatible Yealink 5V/2A power adapter is required. The adapter is not included unless specifically stated.
Wi-Fi is not built in. Wireless network connectivity requires the compatible Yealink WF40 USB Wi-Fi dongle.
Bluetooth is not built in. Bluetooth headset connectivity requires the compatible Yealink BT40 USB Bluetooth dongle.
The phone has one USB port, so only one USB accessory can normally be connected directly at a time.
Compatible wired professional headsets can connect through the RJ9 headset port. Selected wireless headset systems require the correct compatible electronic hook-switch adapter.
Yealink EXP40 expansion modules can be added for further programmable line, speed-dial and Busy Lamp Field controls.
The model reached end of life in April 2025 and no longer receives official Yealink software, security or technical support.
