The refurbished Yealink SIP-T46S IP Phone is a professional colour-screen business telephone designed for executives, reception teams and busy office users managing multiple calls and extensions.
It combines support for up to sixteen SIP accounts with a 4.3-inch colour display, ten illuminated line keys, Yealink Optima HD Voice, dual Gigabit Ethernet, Power over Ethernet and flexible USB accessory support.

DESIGNED FOR BUSINESS
The Yealink SIP-T46S is designed for executives and professional office users who need clear visual call information and rapid access to multiple lines, monitored extensions and call-management functions.
Up to sixteen SIP accounts can be configured, allowing the phone to support multiple extensions, telephone numbers or service providers where permitted by the connected platform.
Ten illuminated line keys can be assigned to SIP accounts, speed dials, Busy Lamp Field indicators, monitored extensions and other platform-supported functions.
Three display pages provide access to up to twenty-seven programmable assignments without requiring paper labels.
The 4.3-inch 480 × 272 colour display clearly presents caller information, line status, call history, directories, menus and programmable-key labels.
Yealink Optima HD Voice and support for wideband codecs, including Opus and G.722, help provide clear professional conversations on compatible telephone systems.
The full-duplex speakerphone includes acoustic echo cancellation, allowing both parties to speak naturally during hands-free calls.
Common calling functions include hold, mute, transfer, forwarding, call waiting, Do Not Disturb, call pickup, call parking and voicemail access.
Five-way local conferencing allows several participants to be combined into one call, subject to firmware and telephone-platform configuration.
Directory support can include local contacts, remote XML phonebooks, LDAP and provider-supported directory services.
Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports allow the telephone and a nearby computer to share one wired network connection without limiting the computer to Fast Ethernet speeds.
IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet allows a compatible network switch or injector to provide electrical power and network data through one Ethernet cable.
Where PoE is unavailable, the phone can use an optional compatible Yealink 5V/2A mains power adapter.
The USB Type-A port supports selected compatible USB headsets and call recording to suitable USB storage.
Optional Yealink WF40 and BT40 USB adapters can add Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connectivity where supported by the installed firmware.
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are not built into the telephone and require the appropriate optional USB accessories.
The dedicated RJ9 headset port supports compatible professional wired headsets using the appropriate connection cable.
Selected wireless headset systems can provide remote answering and call control when used with a compatible electronic hook-switch adapter.
The Yealink EXP40 expansion module adds further programmable line, speed-dial, presence and Busy Lamp Field controls.
Up to six EXP40 modules may be connected, subject to cabling, firmware and external power requirements.
The adjustable desktop stand offers two viewing positions, and the phone can also be wall mounted using a compatible bracket.
Yealink discontinued the SIP-T46S on 31 March 2022 and identifies the SIP-T46U as the recommended replacement.
The phone requires a compatible SIP account, hosted VoIP service or IP-PBX configuration. These services are not included with the hardware.

COMPATIBILITY & SETUP
The Yealink SIP-T46S is a SIP network phone and requires a compatible hosted VoIP provider, SIP server or IP-PBX.
The phone connects through Gigabit Ethernet and can receive power from a compatible IEEE 802.3af PoE switch or injector.
Where PoE is unavailable, a compatible Yealink 5V/2A power adapter is required. The adapter is not included unless specifically stated.
Wi-Fi is not built in and requires a compatible Yealink WF40 USB Wi-Fi adapter.
Bluetooth is not built in and requires a compatible Yealink BT40 USB Bluetooth adapter.
The telephone has one USB port, so only one USB accessory can normally be connected directly at a time.
Compatible wired headsets can connect through the RJ9 headset port. Selected wireless headset systems may require a compatible EHS adapter.
Yealink EXP40 expansion modules can be added for further line, speed-dial and Busy Lamp Field controls.
As the SIP-T46S is discontinued, compatibility and available firmware should be checked before using it in a completely new deployment.
Please note: A SIP account, telephone number, hosted licence, PoE equipment, mains adapter, Wi-Fi dongle, Bluetooth dongle, headset and expansion module are not included unless specifically stated.
