The Yealink SIP-T53W is designed for professional users who need multi-line calling, integrated wireless connectivity and a clear adjustable display in a compact desktop telephone.
Up to twelve SIP accounts can be configured, allowing the phone to support multiple extensions, telephone numbers or service providers where permitted by the connected platform.
Eight illuminated line keys can be assigned to SIP accounts, speed dials, Busy Lamp Field indicators, monitored extensions and other platform-supported functions.
Multiple display pages provide access to additional programmable assignments without relying on printed paper labels.
The 3.7-inch 360 × 160 graphical display can be adjusted to suit different desk positions, seating heights and lighting conditions.
Yealink HD Voice combines wideband audio hardware and digital processing to support clear professional conversations on compatible telephone services.
Acoustic Shield and Smart Noise Filtering help reduce distracting background sound transmitted to the other caller.
The full-duplex speakerphone includes acoustic echo cancellation, allowing both parties to speak naturally during hands-free calls.
The hearing-aid-compatible handset supports users requiring compatible assisted-listening equipment.
Common calling functions include hold, mute, transfer, forwarding, call waiting, Do Not Disturb, call pickup, call parking and voicemail access.
Five-way local conferencing allows several participants to be combined into one call, subject to firmware and telephone-platform configuration.
Directory support can include local contacts, remote XML phonebooks, LDAP and compatible provider directories.
Built-in dual-band Wi-Fi supports compatible 2.4GHz and 5GHz wireless networks without requiring a separate USB adapter.
Integrated Bluetooth 4.2 supports compatible wireless headsets and selected mobile-device functions without occupying the USB port.
Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports allow the phone and a nearby computer to share one wired network connection without restricting the computer to Fast Ethernet speeds.
IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet allows a compatible network switch or injector to provide electrical power and network data through one Ethernet cable.
Where PoE is unavailable, the phone can use an optional compatible Yealink 5V/2A mains power adapter.
The USB 2.0 port supports selected compatible USB headsets, helping create a practical hands-free workstation.
USB call recording is supported when suitable storage, firmware and telephone-platform configuration are used.
The dedicated RJ9 headset port supports compatible professional wired headsets using the appropriate connection cable.
Electronic Hook Switch support allows selected wireless headset systems to answer and end calls remotely when used with a compatible adapter.
The Yealink EXP50 colour-screen expansion module adds further programmable line, speed-dial, presence and Busy Lamp Field controls.
Up to three EXP50 modules can be connected, providing as many as 180 additional programmable keys, subject to power and accessory requirements.
The telephone can also work with selected compatible Yealink DECT USB accessories, allowing an associated cordless handset to share the desk phone account where supported.
Yealink RPS, zero-touch provisioning and unified T5-series firmware help simplify installation and management across larger deployments.
The phone requires a compatible SIP account, hosted VoIP service or IP-PBX configuration. These services are not included with the hardware.

COMPATIBILITY & SETUP
The Yealink SIP-T53W is a SIP network phone and requires a compatible hosted VoIP provider, SIP server or IP-PBX.
The phone can connect through Gigabit Ethernet or its built-in dual-band Wi-Fi. Network availability and supported security settings should be confirmed before installation.
Power over Ethernet is available only when using a wired connection to a compatible IEEE 802.3af PoE switch or injector.
When connected through Wi-Fi, or where PoE is unavailable, a compatible Yealink 5V/2A power adapter is required. The adapter is not included unless specifically stated.
Bluetooth 4.2 is built in and can be used with selected compatible wireless headsets without requiring a separate Bluetooth dongle.
Compatible wired professional headsets can connect through the RJ9 or USB port. Selected wireless headset systems can use the Yealink EHS40.
Up to three Yealink EXP50 expansion modules can be connected for additional programmable line, speed-dial and Busy Lamp Field controls.
Available calling functions, directories, programmable keys and Busy Lamp Field behaviour depend on the selected VoIP provider and administrator configuration.
Please note: A SIP account, telephone number, hosted licence, PoE equipment, mains adapter, headset and expansion module are not included unless specifically stated.
