The refurbished Yealink W56H is a premium cordless DECT handset designed for professional users who need dependable business calling while moving around an office, shop, reception area, warehouse or other workplace.
It combines a clear 2.4-inch colour display with Yealink HD audio, a full-duplex speakerphone, an illuminated keypad, long battery life and a dedicated 3.5mm headset socket. The handset must be registered to a compatible Yealink DECT base station before it can make or receive calls.

The Yealink W56H gives professional users the freedom to make and receive calls while moving around within the coverage area of a compatible Yealink DECT system.
Its 2.4-inch 240 × 320 colour display presents caller information, directories, call history, menus and handset status through a clear graphical interface.
The illuminated keypad provides straightforward access to calling, navigation, speakerphone, mute, transfer and messaging functions.
Yealink HD audio and wideband codec support provide clear speech where the connected base and telephone service are configured for HD calling.
The full-duplex speakerphone allows both parties to speak naturally during hands-free conversations.
A dedicated 3.5mm headset socket supports a compatible wired headset for private or hands-free calling.
The handset supports up to two simultaneous calls where permitted by the connected base station and telephone service.
Three-way conferencing allows the user to combine two other parties into one conversation, subject to platform configuration.
Common business functions include hold, mute, transfer, call waiting, forwarding, Do Not Disturb, redial, intercom, voicemail and speed dial.
Directory and call-history functions depend on the connected Yealink base, firmware and telephone-platform configuration.
The manufacturer rates the W56H for up to approximately 30 hours of talk time under ideal conditions.
Quoted standby time depends on the hardware revision: up to approximately 400 hours for V0–V3 units or 350 hours for V4 units.
Actual refurbished battery performance depends on battery age, usage, signal strength, configuration and operating conditions.
Quick charging can provide up to approximately two hours of talk time from a ten-minute charge under suitable conditions.
The supplied charging cradle provides a convenient desktop location for storing and recharging the handset between calls.
DECT coverage can reach approximately 50 metres indoors and 300 metres outdoors under ideal line-of-sight conditions.
Actual range varies according to walls, floors, metal structures, electrical equipment, interference and base-station positioning.
The W56H is compatible with selected Yealink single-cell and multi-cell platforms, including the W70B and W80 system, subject to suitable firmware.
The handset cannot connect directly to an Ethernet network, analogue telephone line or SIP account and requires a compatible Yealink DECT base.

COMPATIBILITY & SETUP
The Yealink W56H is an additional DECT handset and cannot connect directly to an Ethernet network, analogue telephone line or SIP account.
It must be registered to a compatible Yealink DECT base station before telephone calls can be made.
Current Yealink documentation confirms compatibility with the W70B and W80 multi-cell platform, subject to suitable firmware.
Compatibility with older Yealink bases and other multi-cell systems depends on the exact system model and firmware version.
Available SIP accounts, simultaneous calls, directories and calling functions are determined by the connected base, VoIP provider and administrator configuration.
The 3.5mm socket supports compatible wired headsets. Bluetooth connectivity is not built into the W56H.
Please note: A DECT base station, SIP account, telephone number, hosted licence and wired headset are not included unless specifically stated.
