PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The refurbished Yealink W76P is a high-performance cordless SIP telephone system designed for offices, retail premises, reception areas, workshops and other workplaces where users need dependable business calling away from a fixed desk.
The system combines a Yealink W70B IP DECT base station with a W56H cordless handset and charging cradle. It supports up to ten SIP accounts, ten registered handsets and twenty simultaneous calls across the system, with up to two concurrent calls per handset.

DESIGNED FOR BUSINESS
The Yealink W76P provides professional cordless calling without requiring users to remain beside a conventional desk telephone.
The W70B base station connects to the local Ethernet network and registers with a compatible hosted VoIP provider, SIP server or IP-PBX.
Up to ten SIP accounts can be configured, allowing the system to support several users, extensions or telephone numbers where permitted by the connected platform.
The base can register up to ten compatible Yealink DECT handsets or headsets, allowing one system to serve a growing workplace.
Up to twenty simultaneous calls are supported across the system, with up to two concurrent calls available to each registered handset.
The included W56H handset features a 2.4-inch 240 × 320 colour display for caller information, directories, call history, menus and telephone status.
Its clear graphical interface and illuminated keypad provide straightforward access to everyday calling functions.
Yealink HD audio and G.722 wideband codec support provide clear professional conversations where the connected service is configured for HD calling.
The Yealink Noise Reduction System helps reduce distracting background sound transmitted during calls.
The full-duplex speakerphone allows both parties to speak naturally during hands-free conversations.
The hearing-aid-compatible receiver supports users who require suitable assisted-listening equipment.
A dedicated 3.5mm headset socket supports a compatible wired headset for private or hands-free calling.
Three-way conferencing allows the user to combine two other parties into one call, subject to system and telephone-platform configuration.
Common calling features include hold, mute, transfer, forwarding, call waiting, Do Not Disturb, intercom, voicemail and speed dial.
Calls can be transferred between compatible registered handsets, allowing conversations to be passed between colleagues around the workplace.
Administrators can assign individual SIP accounts and incoming-call behaviour to each registered handset.
The base can store a local phonebook containing up to 1,000 entries and also supports compatible remote, LDAP and XML directories.
Each handset can retain up to 100 incoming, outgoing, missed and forwarded call records.
The W56H battery is rated for up to approximately 30 hours of talk time and 400 hours of standby time under ideal conditions.
Quick charging can provide approximately two hours of talk time from a ten-minute charge under suitable conditions.
Actual refurbished battery performance depends on battery age, usage, signal strength, configuration and operating conditions.
The supplied charging cradle provides a convenient desktop location for storing and charging the handset between calls.
DECT technology provides typical coverage of up to approximately 50 metres indoors and 300 metres outdoors under ideal line-of-sight conditions.
Actual coverage can be reduced by walls, floors, metal structures, electrical equipment, interference and the positioning of the base station.
Up to six compatible Yealink RT30 repeaters can be added to extend DECT coverage where required by the building layout.
IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet allows a compatible switch or injector to provide power and network connectivity through one Ethernet cable.
Where PoE is unavailable, the W70B can be powered using the supplied compatible mains adapter.
Yealink RPS, automatic provisioning and over-the-air handset updates help simplify deployment and ongoing management.
Current firmware supports TLS 1.3 together with SRTP and HTTPS security features.
A compatible SIP account, telephone number, hosted VoIP service or IP-PBX configuration is required and is not included with the hardware.

COMPATIBILITY & SETUP
The Yealink W76P is a SIP telephone system and requires a compatible hosted VoIP provider, SIP server or IP-PBX.
The W70B base connects to the network through its Ethernet port and can receive power from a compatible IEEE 802.3af PoE switch or injector.
Where PoE is unavailable, the base can be powered using the included compatible 5V/600mA mains adapter.
The included W56H handset must be registered to the W70B base before telephone calls can be made.
The base supports up to ten compatible Yealink DECT handsets or DECT headsets. Compatibility and available functions depend on the selected endpoint and installed firmware.
Up to six compatible Yealink RT30 repeaters can be added to extend DECT coverage where the building layout requires it.
Available SIP accounts, simultaneous calls, directories and calling features depend on the connected VoIP service and administrator configuration.
The W76P is a single-cell system and does not provide multi-cell roaming or call handover between multiple W70B base stations.
