DESIGNED FOR BUSINESS
The Yealink WH62 Mono combines a lightweight single-ear wearing style with professional DECT wireless connectivity, making it well suited to users who need to remain aware of colleagues and their surroundings while taking calls.
Yealink Acoustic Shield Technology uses the headset’s dual microphones to help reduce surrounding conversation and improve voice clarity. The microphone boom can be raised to mute and lowered to unmute where supported.
The WH62 base can connect to a compatible computer and supported IP phone, allowing the headset to be used across multiple workplace communication devices. Yealink IP phones can provide deeper native integration without requiring a traditional external EHS adapter on supported models.
The Mono headset provides up to 13 hours of talk time and up to 90 hours of standby time. Supported DECT range can reach up to 160 metres in suitable environments, although walls, interference and building layout can reduce practical range.
The 28mm speaker provides clear call audio and supports full-band audio technology. At approximately 81g, the single-ear headset is designed for comfortable extended use throughout the working day.
Teams and UC versions use the same core WH62 platform. The Teams version has a Teams-labelled call-control button with Teams-related functionality, while the UC version uses the corresponding control for voice-assistant functions.
