The new Yealink WH63 is a lightweight convertible DECT wireless headset designed for professional calls, video meetings and everyday unified communications.
It combines a compact 19g headset with Yealink Acoustic Shield noise reduction, dual-device connectivity, touch-sensitive volume control and several wearing options. The included base can connect to a compatible computer and desk phone simultaneously, helping users manage calls from both devices through one headset.
Brand New
Supplied brand new and unused with the wireless headset, DECT charging base, headband, earhook, eartips, power adapter and USB connection cables. Teams and UC versions have different base controls, so the selected variant should match the user’s preferred communications platform.

DESIGNED FOR BUSINESS
The Yealink WH63 is designed for office users who regularly work across computer-based communications and conventional desk-phone calls.
Two Micro-USB ports on the base allow a compatible computer and IP phone to be connected at the same time.
Dedicated base controls allow the user to select the connected phone or computer before placing or answering a call.
The Microsoft Teams version includes Teams-focused base controls, while the UC version provides a voice-assistant control where supported by the operating system and communications software.
Yealink Acoustic Shield technology uses two microphones to help distinguish the user’s voice from surrounding workplace noise.
The microphone supports a frequency range of 100Hz to 10kHz, while wideband call mode operates from approximately 100Hz to 8kHz.
The integrated busylight illuminates during calls, giving nearby colleagues a visible indication that the user is occupied.
An optional Yealink BLT60 external busylight can provide an additional desk-level call-status indicator.
Touch-sensitive volume adjustment on the headset allows the listening level to be changed without returning to the base.
Users can answer, end or reject supported calls, adjust listening volume and mute the microphone directly from the headset or base controls.
The headset can be worn using the supplied earhook and eartips or the over-the-head headband.
An optional neckband provides an additional behind-the-neck wearing configuration.
At approximately 19g, the headset is designed to remain unobtrusive during extended periods of calling.
The DECT wireless connection provides a quoted operating range of up to 120 metres from the charging base under ideal open-space conditions.
Walls, floors, reinforced structures, electrical equipment and radio interference can reduce the usable range in a real workplace.
The battery provides up to approximately seven hours of talk time and 54 hours of standby time under suitable conditions.
A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours when using the supplied compatible power adapter and charging base.
Secure DECT support includes DSAA2 authentication and DSC2 128-bit wireless encryption.
Hearing-protection features include peak limiting, daily noise-exposure protection and Australian G616 protection.
The WH63 integrates directly with selected Yealink IP phones through USB without requiring a separate electronic hook-switch adapter.
Selected Yealink T3-series phones require the EHS35 for supported remote call control.
Third-party desk phones from supported Avaya, Cisco, Poly, Grandstream, Snom, Mitel and Unify ranges may require an optional EHS60 or EHS61 adapter.
Compatibility and remote-call-control functions vary between telephone models, firmware versions and communications platforms.
The headset can be configured and updated through Yealink USB Connect on a compatible computer.

COMPATIBILITY & SETUP
The Yealink WH63 can connect to a compatible computer and supported desk phone through the two USB ports on its base.
Selected Yealink IP phones support direct USB connection without a separate electronic hook-switch adapter.
Yealink T3-series compatibility may require an optional EHS35 adapter for remote call-control functions.
Selected Avaya, Cisco, Poly, Snom and Grandstream desk phones may require the optional EHS60, while selected Mitel and Unify phones may require the EHS61.
The Teams and UC versions use different function keys on the base. Select the correct product variation where both versions are offered.
Microsoft Teams certification applies to the designated Teams version. A generic UC unit should not be described as the Teams-certified model unless its exact part number confirms this.
Supported call control depends on the telephone model, firmware, operating system and communications application.
Please note: A computer, desk phone, softphone licence, telephone service, BLT60 busylight, neckband and electronic hook-switch adapter are not included unless specifically stated.
