The refurbished Yealink WH63 is a lightweight convertible DECT wireless headset designed for professional calls, video meetings and everyday unified communications.
It combines a compact headset with Yealink Acoustic Shield noise reduction, dual-device connectivity, touch-sensitive volume control and several wearing options. The included workstation base can connect to a compatible computer and desk phone, helping users manage calls from both devices through one headset.

DESIGNED FOR BUSINESS
The Yealink WH63 is designed for office users who regularly work across computer-based communications and compatible desk-phone calls.
The workstation base provides separate USB connections for a computer and supported IP phone, allowing both devices to remain connected.
Base controls allow the user to select the connected phone or computer before placing or answering a supported call.
The original WH63 was manufactured in Microsoft Teams and UC versions. The Teams version includes a dedicated Teams control, while the UC version provides a compatible voice-assistant function.
Yealink Acoustic Shield uses a dual-microphone system to help distinguish the user’s voice from surrounding workplace noise.
This helps colleagues and customers hear the wearer more clearly in shared offices and other busy environments.
The integrated busylight illuminates during calls, giving nearby colleagues a visible indication that the user is occupied.
An optional Yealink BLT60 external busylight can provide an additional desk-level call-status indicator.
Touch-sensitive volume adjustment on the headset allows the listening level to be changed without returning to the base.
Users can answer, end or reject supported calls, adjust volume and mute the microphone through the headset or base controls.
The headset can be worn using the supplied earhook and eartips or the over-the-head headband.
An optional neckband provides an additional behind-the-neck wearing configuration.
At approximately 19g without a wearing accessory, the headset is designed to remain unobtrusive during frequent business calls.
The DECT wireless connection provides a quoted operating range of up to 120 metres from the charging base under ideal open-space conditions.
Walls, floors, reinforced structures, electrical equipment and radio interference can reduce the usable range in a real workplace.
The manufacturer’s original specification quotes up to approximately seven hours of talk time and 54 hours of standby time.
Actual refurbished battery performance depends on battery age, call volume, wireless range, charging habits and operating conditions.
The charging base stores and recharges the headset between calls, with a quoted full charging time of approximately 2.5 hours.
Secure DECT support includes wireless authentication and encryption between the headset and its base.
Hearing-protection features include peak limiting and daily noise-exposure protection.
The WH63 integrates directly with selected Yealink IP phones through USB without requiring a separate electronic hook-switch adapter.
Selected Yealink T3-series phones require an optional EHS35 for compatible remote call control.

COMPATIBILITY & SETUP
The Yealink WH63 workstation base can connect to a compatible computer and supported desk phone through its USB interfaces.
Selected Yealink IP phones support direct USB connection without a separate electronic hook-switch adapter.
Yealink T3-series compatibility may require an optional EHS35 adapter for supported remote call-control functions.
Selected Cisco, Poly and Avaya phones may require an EHS60, while selected Mitel and Unify phones may require an EHS61.
Teams and UC units use different function controls. The exact supplied variant should be selected or confirmed through the product part number.
Microsoft Teams certification applies only to the designated Teams variant. A UC model should not be advertised as Teams-certified unless its exact part number confirms this.
Supported call control depends on the connected telephone, firmware, operating system and communications application.
This is the original WH63 workstation model. It is not the WH63 Portable or the newer WH63 E2.
Please note: A computer, desk phone, softphone licence, telephone service, external busylight, neckband and electronic hook-switch adapter are not included unless specifically stated.
