The new Yealink WH66 Dual UC is a premium binaural DECT wireless headset and all-in-one communications workstation designed for professional calls, online meetings and hybrid working.
Its touchscreen base connects communications devices from one central workstation, while the dual-ear headset provides stereo listening, Yealink Acoustic Shield noise reduction, an integrated busylight and long-range wireless freedom.

Supplied brand new and unused with the WH66 Dual UC headset, WHB660 touchscreen base, power adapter and two USB 3.0 connection cables. This is the UC version and should not be described as the dedicated Microsoft Teams-certified variant.

DESIGNED FOR BUSINESS
The Yealink WH66 Dual UC combines a professional DECT headset, communications controller, USB hub and speakerphone in one desktop system.
Its 4-inch 480 × 800 capacitive touchscreen provides direct access to calls, connected devices, headset settings and workstation functions.
The base supports a computer through USB 3.0 and can maintain connections with up to two compatible Bluetooth devices.
This allows users to manage communications from a computer, compatible Yealink IP phone or mobile device through one workstation, subject to device compatibility and configuration.
The integrated two-port USB 3.0 hub expands the connected computer’s available USB connectivity for compatible peripherals and accessories.
A built-in full-duplex speakerphone with acoustic echo cancellation allows the base to be used for hands-free calls when wearing the headset is unnecessary.
The optional WHC60 wireless charging stand attaches to the workstation and adds Qi charging for compatible mobile phones.
Yealink Acoustic Shield uses two headset microphones to distinguish the wearer’s voice from nearby conversations and general office noise.
The dual-ear design provides stereo listening and greater passive isolation than the WH66 Mono, helping users concentrate in shared or open-plan environments.
Wideband call mode supports clear professional speech, while full-band stereo audio is available for compatible music and media playback.
The adjustable microphone boom can rotate through approximately 320 degrees and can be raised to mute or lowered to unmute the microphone.
Call controls allow users to answer, end or reject supported calls, adjust volume and mute the microphone without returning to the computer.
The integrated headset busylight provides a visible indication when the user is on a call.
An optional Yealink BLT60 can add a larger desk-level busylight to help reduce interruptions in busy workplaces.
The DECT wireless connection provides a quoted range of up to 160 metres from the workstation base under ideal open-space conditions.
Walls, floors, reinforced structures, electrical equipment and radio interference can reduce the practical range inside a workplace.
The WH66 Dual battery is rated for up to approximately 14 hours of talk time or 125 hours of standby time under suitable conditions.
A complete charge takes approximately 2.5 hours using the supplied workstation base and power adapter.
Secure DECT support includes DSAA2 authentication and DSC2 128-bit wireless encryption between the headset and base.
Hearing-protection functions include Peak Block Protection, daily noise-exposure protection and Australian G616 protection.
The UC variant is designed to work across major unified-communications platforms and compatible softphones.
Yealink also produced a separately designated Microsoft Teams-certified WH66 version with Teams-specific controls. This UC model should not be advertised as that version unless its exact part number confirms otherwise.
Settings, firmware and compatible device functions can be managed using Yealink USB Connect on a supported computer.

COMPATIBILITY & SETUP
The Yealink WH66 Dual UC connects to a compatible computer through USB and supports connection to compatible mobile devices and Yealink IP phones through Bluetooth or supported integration methods.
The base supports one USB communications connection and up to two simultaneous Bluetooth device connections.
Compatible Yealink IP phones can provide enhanced integration, while other supported USB or Bluetooth devices may offer more limited call-control functions.
Softphone call control depends on the operating system, communications application and installed Yealink software.
The UC version is suitable for major unified-communications platforms, but it is not the separately designated Microsoft Teams-certified variant.
The optional WHC60 is required to add Qi wireless mobile-phone charging. Wireless charging is not built into the standard base supplied with this listing.
The two USB-A 3.0 hub ports are intended for compatible peripherals connected through the workstation and host computer.
