The Yealink YHS34 Mono is designed for professionals who spend much of the working day on telephone calls and prefer a lightweight single-ear headset that keeps one ear open to the surrounding workplace.
Its uni-directional noise-cancelling microphone helps reduce surrounding conversation and background noise transmitted to the other caller, improving speech clarity in busy office and contact-centre environments.
The 28mm speaker provides wideband audio performance across a 20Hz–20kHz speaker frequency range, while the microphone supports a 100Hz–8kHz response range for clear professional speech.
At approximately 72g, the YHS34 Mono is designed for comfortable all-day wear. The leatherette ear cushion provides a secure on-ear fit while also helping provide passive noise isolation.
Yealink ActiveProtection technology helps protect users from sudden loud acoustic peaks, making the headset suitable for users who spend extended periods handling calls.
The headset uses a Quick Disconnect connection together with the supplied QD-to-RJ9 cable. This allows simple connection to a wide range of compatible Yealink enterprise IP phones without USB software, batteries or wireless pairing.
The microphone boom can be adjusted through a wide range of movement to help position the microphone correctly for clear call performance.

The Yealink YHS34 Mono uses a QD-to-RJ9 connection and is designed for direct connection to compatible Yealink enterprise IP phones.
Yealink lists compatibility across a wide range of its desk-phone families, including selected T3, T4, T5 and MP-series models. Compatibility can depend on the exact telephone model and firmware.
No battery, Bluetooth pairing or USB software is required. Connect the supplied QD-to-RJ9 cable between the headset and a compatible phone’s headset port, then select headset mode on the telephone.
Please note: This is an analogue RJ9 headset and is not a USB PC headset. Confirm compatibility with your telephone model before ordering if your phone is not a supported Yealink model.
