These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of products by PCL Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“you”, “your”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Orders and Prices
- All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
- Prices are shown in GBP and may change without notice.
- VAT will be charged at the rate in force at the date of dispatch (where applicable).
- Delivery charges are not included in the quoted price unless stated.
2. Payment
- Payment is required in full before dispatch unless you hold an approved credit account.
- Where a credit account is granted, terms will be those agreed with us at the time (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the invoice date).
- Credit accounts must be paid within the agreed terms.
- We may charge interest on overdue balances at the Bank of England base rate + 8% per annum.
- Orders may be withheld if accounts are overdue.
3. Delivery
- Delivery costs are displayed at checkout or advised at the point of order.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
- You must check Products on delivery and notify us of any shortages or damages within 48 hours.
- Delivery times are estimates only; we are not liable for delays outside our control.
4. Cancellation and Returns
4.1 Order Cancellation
- Orders may not be cancelled once dispatched unless agreed by us.
- Special order or customised items cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
- Any cancellations accepted prior to dispatch may be subject to reasonable charges for costs already incurred.
4.2 Return Requests
- You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
- All returns require prior authorisation and a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Items returned without an RA may be refused.
4.3 Condition of Returns
- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as supplied.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
- Items that are heavily used, incomplete, or physically damaged will not be accepted.
4.4 Refunds & Restocking
- Refunds cover the Product price only and exclude delivery charges (unless the Product was faulty or supplied in error).
- Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If items are returned with signs of use, damage, broken hygiene seals, missing packaging, or anything reducing resale value, we may deduct up to 25% of the invoice value as a restocking/handling fee to cover inspection, testing, repackaging, administration, delivery, and depreciation.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
- No fee applies to faulty or misdescribed items.
5. Warranty
- New Products: covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (details on request).
- Refurbished Products (standard): supplied with a 12-month return-to-base warranty.
- Extended Warranty Option: at the time of purchase, you may upgrade to a 24-month return-to-base warranty on eligible refurbished Products.
- Must be purchased at the same time as the Product.
- Coverage is identical to the 12-month warranty but extended to 24 months.
5.1 Warranty Process
- Should you experience any issues, please contact us to request an RA number. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Once received, an engineer will test the item. If possible, it will be repaired and returned to you within 5 working days.
- If the item is beyond repair, a like-for-like replacement will be supplied. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
5.2 Warranty Exclusions
- Consumables (e.g. batteries, ear pads, cables).
- Cosmetic wear or minor imperfections.
- Misuse, neglect, unauthorised repair, or external damage (e.g. power surges).
If no fault is found, return postage will be charged. At our discretion, we may repair, replace, or credit faulty Products.
6. Part-Exchange Policy
- We offer part-exchange on old or used phones and headsets.
- Contact us with details of your item for a valuation.
- Agreed values can be applied as credit against new or refurbished purchases.

7. Title and Risk
- Ownership of Products remains with PCL Ltd until full payment is received.
- Until then, you must keep Products safe and insured.
- If payment is not made, we may recover Products supplied.
8. Liability
- Our liability is limited to the value of the Products supplied.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business, or data.
- Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including strikes, transport issues, supplier delays, or natural events.
10. Intellectual Property
All images, descriptions, and content on our website and materials are owned by PCL Ltd or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
